1.    Currency Trading for Dummies – this is one of the famous ‘for dummies’ range of books.  As such you can expect clear and straightforward instruction and explanations.  Well worth buying if you want to get started on the right foot without getting lost in the market.

2.    The Complete Guide to Currency Trading and Investing: How to Earn High Rates of Return Safely and Take Control of Your Investments – as the title might suggest this is a bit more involved but still worthwhile.  It appears on several top Forex book lists on the internet.

3.    Forex Patterns and Probabilities: Trading Strategies for Trending and Range Bound Markets – this is not a cheap book but you get what you pay for and it appears on more than one list recommended by those in the know.  It is also available as a Kindle edition, so you can download it and start reading immediately.

4.    Day Trading for Dummies – once again this is another entry into the ‘for dummies’ range of books.  This starts with the basics of day trading and goes on to share various tools and strategies you will need to know about to make a success of your trading career.

5.    Getting Started in Forex Trading Strategies – as the title would suggest this is a good Forex book to get when you first get started in trading.  It talks about the elements of various strategies and then progresses into more complex information on a trading codex.  There is plenty to take in and it runs to nearly two hundred pages in all.

Most people who want to find out all they can about Forex trading will probably want to invest in more than one book to learn what they can before getting started.  These five are not the only good volumes you can buy, but they do appear regularly on people’s top five or ten lists online.  And they do get good reviews too.  Look them up on Amazon to find out more and invest in your future as a Forex trader.  It could be the start of something big.
